This 30 week course will use the Internet to deliver my audio lectures right after they are delivered in class to my students. Students will prepare 22-25 cards if they choose to take the course at a .5 credit level (3-4 hours per week) or 44-50 cards if they choose to take it at a full credit level (7-10 hours per week)

What will the students be doing?

  • Students will play my weekly lectures over the Internet. Lectures will be about 30-35 minutes long and address one question in detail and then take some a little time to talk about a more advanced question. To view a list of the topics send me a request using the contact form.
  • Students will interact with other at an forum exclusively for apologetics discussion. Through the forum they will coach each other, share illustration ideas and discuss their understanding of the topics.
  • Once every two weeks I will take some time to chat online. Questions also can be posted online at the forum for me to answer.

What textbooks will be used?

  1. Wayne Grudem's Systematic Theology
  2. Paul Little's Know Why You Believe
  3. My workbook
  4. Evangelism for the Tongue-Tied

What is the cost?

Cost for the course is $200 per student (or $300 per family) payable at registration. Your satisfaction in 100% guaranteed. If you do not feel you are getting your money's worth, you may withdraw and I will happily refund your tuition. (Thanks to the generosity of some good friends, five scholarships are available. Don't let money stop you from this life-changing course!)

What is the required of the parents?

The downside to taking the course online is that I cannot give feedback to your student. In addition, he or she cannot watch the other students in the class and learn from their example. You, as the parent, can coach them or you can try and form an NCFCA club. The work will be at a 10th or 11th grade level although hardworking 8th and 9th graders have done fine with the course.

For questions, email me by using the contact form.

More Testimonials from Students

  • Apologetics has changed my life. Looking back, I can't even imagine life without the things I learned in apologetics, it just had such an impact. I can now confidently discuss my Christian faith with anyone I meet, and most importantly, my relationship with God is greater than ever before." Douglas D., 15.

More Testimonials from Parents

  • You will never quite understand what it means to me to have had my son in this class. This was an answer to prayer on many levels and I am exceedingly grateful for God's faithfulness and for the gift of your time and the way you spoke into these students' lives. Dulce R., Fall River, MA.
